Complaints Procedure
We operate an open door policy and will endeavour to speak to you as soon as possible if you would like to talk about your child. We understand that speaking to a member of staff a soon as possible helps to resolve any concerns. Equally, you may have good news stories to share and we enjoy celebrating your child's successes both in and out of school. Your child's class teacher is available at the end of each day to speak to in person, or contactable during working hours via Class Dojo. They may suggest you make a longer appointment time together. Members of the senior leadership team and pastoral team are available at the start and end of the school day on the school gates for any informal conversations. They may also suggest a longer appointment time and a mutually convenient time and date will be agreed. If you would prefer to make an appointment or request a call back, this can be made via the main school office.
